ugh stress stressss


Stress is the abnormality caused by constant worry, trauma or anxiety due to pressuring the human body. Therefore the body experiences stress caused by psychological or physical activities resulting to numerous sicknesses.

here, I want to share how to overcome stress among students or workers


1.Adopting the culture of having enough rest is the first to discuss. Some people find it difficult to have enough rest as a result of the nature of task or job they do. Meanwhile, one should have time for rest void from distractions. Try to switch off your main mind to avoid distraction just like you do to your phone when you need no call.
2.Learn to use your time proportionally to fit your health relaxation. Remember you are human being and not robot or an automobile machine. Take your time to relax be it in the recreation park, see shore or best in your room.
3.You must have time for fun and chat with friends and colleagues. This goes along way to relive you of your burden. It is very obvious that people who have fun and chat live longer than people with little or no fun let along chat with their neighbours.
4.You should get to meet and know people. Build a formidable inter personal relationship with people mostly those you regard as strangers. May be you start to discover and feel the joy of God's creation in your fellow human being.
5.Balance diet is one powerful means of releasing the body stress. If one should maintain the quality of health through proper feeding, then the body is kept sound and normal. For instance, an efficient and sound car produces the best of sound and functions when on duty. So the human body does too.
6.Eating of junk foods may be from fast food joints due to no time to prepare a sumptuous meal leads to unexpected stress. One should avoid such and at the same time avoid over eating which causes body fatigue and doziness.
7.Body fitness is maintained through exercises which in turn release stress of the human body. Join in any body exercise activities like football, lawn tennis, hand ball or even dancing club depending on the one you can fix into.
8.Above all, prayer is the key. One with God they say is majority. If one believe that in all God is in control and not our selves then the possibility of having a relaxed mind is rest assured. Try to make God your dwelling place, your rest home so that you find it easy even when the world is turning up side down.
